Shipping Information:
From the time an order is placed and actual delivery takes place between 5-7 business days. Products will be shipped if out of state by FEDEX ground. These products are fully insured against damage.
Return / Refund Policies.
Returns or refunds must be made within a 30 day period. A 15% percent restocking fee will apply after 15 days on all desktop systems. If return within 15 days or less than a full refund will be granted.
Open boxed Notebook systems will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are Non-refundable.
Warranty Information:
Each system carries a One year parts and labor warranty. Turn around is usually 2-3 days from the time of reciept. In some cases a loaner system can be sent while your system is being repaired. Shipping and handling charges apply for loaner systems.
